Our leadership team is made up of people from diverse professional and personal backgrounds, united by the mission to transform the U.S. banking system and move it into the modern era. Our founders Chris Dean and Jim Brusstar were ahead of the curve, launching Standard Treasury and the Silicon Valley Bank API Banking Platform which forms the backend for Stripe Atlas. Our Founding Engineer Carrie Griffin and Chief Customer Officer Deirdre McClure are pioneering women in the tech industry. Remote Work Policy

Treasury Prime has a remote–friendly work environment

We take a hybrid approach where some of us work in our San Francisco, CA office (pandemic permitting) and most of us work remotely full time. We believe that each employee should be empowered to choose the environment that maximizes their happiness and ability to achieve our shared goals.

Work Constraints

Home Internet

You must have good internet service to your home office. We offer a monthly stipend to help pay for your internet service.

Home Office

We have a generous budget to help setup your remote office, but you must handle the logistics of maintaining a productive working environment yourself.

Quarterly All Hands

We have all-hands meetings once per quarter, with at least one in-person All Hands per year for a few days for planning, team building, and meetings.

We're looking for smart generalists of any seniority. We're looking both for senior people who can take ownership of game-changing projects, and also junior people who are ready to start making a big impact.
