Martin Roberts leads Treasury Prime’s legal department and advises the company on a wide range of legal and business matters. His prior roles include general counsel and then CEO of patent risk management solutions provider RPX Corporation, deputy general counsel of eBay and general counsel of Linden Lab, the creator of Second Life. Earlier in his career, Marty worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in Washington, DC, San Francisco and Los Angeles. He has a B.A. in English from University of Virginia, and a J.D. from University of Alabama School of Law.
